My niece, who is a big fan of Tiger King, asked me to make this. It’s made from a recycled table runner. When she asked me to make this I had never heard of Tiger King, a Netflix show that now apparently has cult status. She showed me a few episodes and I hated it. I’m interested in documenting the COVID-19 crisis though, and since Netflix, and Tiger King, have been such an important part of the experience of social isolation for many people, I thought I’d add this to the more serious works that have been submitted for Stitch & Resist.
